Let's talk about where you are β€” and where you want to be

It starts with a free consultation call: a relaxed, honest conversation, not a sales pitch. Tell Keeley what's going on, ask anything, and decide together whether working together makes sense.

Keeley Taverner, BACP-accredited psychotherapist and founder of Key for Change

Two ways to start

Choose whichever feels safest

There's no wrong door. Every route leads to the same person β€” Keeley reads and replies herself.

Reply on your terms. If someone else can see your phone or inbox, say in your first message when and how it's safe for Keeley to reply.
Not sure it's "bad enough"? That question is exactly what the free call is for. You don't need a label to reach out.
Or send a message

Tell Keeley what's going on

Takes two minutes. You choose how she replies.

Life-changing support β€” I can't recommend Keeley highly enough. I came to Key for Change at a really difficult point in my life, and working with Keeley has been genuinely transformative. From the very first session, I felt truly heard and understood β€” not just as a client, but as a whole person. …

Keeley Tavener….. a name the whole world needs to know. I called Keeley on a whim one afternoon on my lunch break at work. I can say it’s down as one of my greatest achievements. I was at a point in life where I felt I couldn’t push my Apple cart any further on my own. …

Things people want to know first

If your question isn't here, ask it on the call β€” nothing is too small.

Is the consultation call really free?
Yes. It's a relaxed, honest conversation to work out whether working together makes sense. There's no obligation and no sales pitch.
What if I'm not sure it's narcissism?
Most people aren't sure when they first get in touch. You don't need a label, a diagnosis or proof. Describe what's happening and Keeley will help you make sense of the pattern, or tell you honestly if it looks like something else.
Can I do this online?
Yes. Sessions are in person in Marlow or at the Uxbridge office, or online via Google Meet throughout the UK, Europe and internationally. Many clients never come to Marlow or Uxbridge at all.
Will anyone know I've been in touch?
Only if you tell them. Message from whichever phone or inbox feels safe, and if someone else can see it, say in your first message when and how it's safe to reply. The Quick exit tab on every page of this site (or the Esc key) takes you to a neutral website instantly.
How quickly will I hear back?
On WhatsApp, within a few hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. By email, Keeley will get back to you as soon as she can.
